Magnetite Australia has been presented with two awards at the Australian Business Awards, in the categories of Best Value Product and Service Excellence, announced on 19th June 2009.

July 2009 Magnetite Australia has been presented with two awards at the Australian Business Awards, in the categories of Best Value Product and Service Excellence, announced on 19 June 2009. Magnetite was one of 83 Australian Business Award recipients from a total of 1588 entries across 16 categories. The Australian Business Awards are a national program honouring organisations that demonstrate the core values of business excellence, product excellence, sustainability and commercial success in their respective industries.

Magnetite is an acoustic and thermal window insulation product , which uses an innovative technology to enhance energy efficiency and create cost savings. The Awards are evaluated in accordance with the award criteria including leadership & strategy, customer relationship management, performance, technology, cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

Winners of awards include innovators and leaders across a broad range of industry sectors including banking, technology, retail, professional services and healthcare.

The judging panel is carefully selected and coordinated by the Australian Business Awards to ensure that the judging process is fair and objective, free of bias or influence.

Magnetite Australia Managing Director, Adrian Lafleur commented on the Awards and said: "We are very pleased about the Awards. For us the Awards reinforce that we are achieving our goals. The Magnetite window insulation system is a unique and efficient product but you cannot build a business on that alone. Our approach to customer service and value is integral to our business operations."

Magnetite has completed a large number of residential window insulation projects and continues to build on their experience in the commercial sector including hospitals and universities. More recently, Magnetite has undertaken a project for a primary school as part of the "Building the Education Revolution" Government stimulus package.
