Sydney was abuzz with the renovation of its famous Centre Point Tower. Unfortunately for neighbouring buildings the noise from the construction was excessive and affecting employee health and productivity.

Magnetite worked with project managers McLachlan Lister Pty Ltd to insulate one floor of the heritage listed building on Elizabeth St. All frames were installed using a timber sub-frame to preserve the aesthetics of the heritage windows.

The Magnetite retrofit double glazing system significantly reduced noise on this level and David Jones had Magnetite installed on a further seven floors throught their Market St. and Elizabeth St. buildings.
